Tank and Sewer Cleaning

BIOGEST AG - Model Type OF - Vacuum Flushing System without Energy

In a storm event the storage tank starts to fill as the network reaches full capacity. During storage solids settle in the base of the tank and in order to retain storage capacity and to eliminate the potential for odours the tank will need to be flushed. When the level in the storage system rises the Hydro-pneumatic sensor starts to get under the water level and the pressure in the hose to the diaphragm valve rises. A special pressure difference valve closes the diaphragm valve. The water level in the flushing chamber rises conform to the water level in the tank.

BIOGEST AG - Model Type KS-OF - Flushing Gates without Energy

Storm tanks or sewers require cleaning after operation during storms due to the sediment deposited on the tank or sewer floor once the storm has subsided. If the system is not cleaned the potential for blockages is increased and malodours will occur due to septicity. The BIOGEST-flushing-system is an ideal solution to the problem.

BIOGEST AG - Model Type CF - Channel Flushing Gate

Waste water sewer and channels with little slope can causes sediments during dry weather operation. Storm water catchment channels create sediments during storm events due to the sediment deposited on the channels or sewer floor. This creates potential for blockages and malodours will occur due to septicity.

BIOGEST AG - Channel Flushing Gate Type CF

Waste water sewers and channels with little slope causes sediments during dry weather operation and during storm events. The BIOGEST- Channel Flushing Gate Type CF is an ideal solution to solve this problem. In dry weather situation the channel flushing gate is in high position. As soon as the gate is low position the water pressure from the dry weather water pushed the seal on the channel body and seals the cap between the plate and the channel. The upstream channel will be filled with the upstream coming water and the level rises behind the plate in the channel. Once the required water level is reached the Channel Flushing Gate is ready to be opened and the flushing sequence starts automatically. The plate of the Channel Flushing Gate moves up and the water behind the plate will be released and flushes the downstream channel with a high water pressure and volume.
