Wastewater Treatment
BIOGEST AG - Model Type SBR - Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant
BIOGEST AG realizes biological wastewater treatment plants in accordance to the SBR-process (“Sequencing-Batch-Reactor”) for the treatment of sewage.
BIOGEST AG - Model Puritainer - Mobile Wastewater Treatment Plant
PURITAINER – is a mobile wastewater treatment plant for the biological treatment of domestic sewage and is manufactured as a norm container including the complete technical equipment for the biological purification of wastewater. Ideal application: camps, settlements, hotels, restaurants, hospitals and sanitariums, barracks, campsites and holiday villages.
CROWN - Model Type OB - Surface Aerator
For the mixing and oxygen supply in aeration tanks BIOGEST AG developed the CROWN-surface aerator. This aerator has been optimized continuously in the last years in cooperation with the Technische Universität Darmstadt (Technical University of Darmstadt) to maximize its capability. Consequently today an efficient and reliable aeration system could have been made available for the worldwide market.
CROWN - Model Type DK/W - Decanting System (Decanter)
With the objective of providing a reliable clearwater decanting in SBR-wastewater treatment plants and batch reactors BIOGEST AG developed the CROWN-decanting system. This decanting system is characterized by a nearly energy-free decanting process without the discharge of floating and aerated sludge.
CROWN - Model Type LF - Decanting System
The inlet structure of the CROWN- decanter, type LF always is located in a floating position inside the tank. Consequently the discharge of the liquid continuously occurs near the actual water level. With the opening of a (customer-side) downstream gate valve the liquid discharge can be initiated. By closing the gate valve the discharge of liquid can be stopped. The bar-screen shaped retention unit in front of the inlet opening of the effluent pipe safely prevents a discharge of soilds (wood etc.).
