Services and After Sales Service
Polytec Service has been conceived to meet the needs of our customers with regard to after-commissioning and after-sales service for the supplied machines and software and is increasingly required as a "service package".
Maintenance and Repair Services
In a professional context in which the continuous cycle and the reduction of downtime lead to ever shorter intervention and maintenance windows, a reactive and timely technical support is necessary in the event of breakdowns and / or scheduled maintenance. BM Group Polytec acts as a strategic Partner to support the customer in all urgent situations, relying on its own dedicated Service & After Sales department. All the various solutions described in the following points have been studied and developed on the basis of a scale analysis of the needs of our customers, structuring them to guarantee a complete 360° service.
Yearly Check-up Services
The service includes a general check-up intervention per year for each plant / machine included in the agreement (a technician for one day), aimed at ascertaining the status of the plant / machine and identifying any maintenance activities and / or modifications to optimize its function. At the end of the inspection, a technical report will be issued and shared with the customer on which all the information necessary to define any extraordinary maintenance interventions will be noted.
Priority Service Support
This is a dedicated priority assistance service, with the aim of identifying and analyzing any problem and, when possible, solving it remotely. The service provides for taking charge of the request with the highest priority and will be active: from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), Italian time.
Data Collection and Analysis Services
In the event of malfunctions or requests for optimizations on the production cycle, the service offers the possibility of renting data collection stations to allow an accurate analysis of the system aimed at obtaining the required results, from the identification of the fault to the possible optimizations required.
