We are offering large steel wire bending service for versatile custom designs.

Flat wire bending, as the name suggests, is to use flat wires to form the required shape. Compared to round wires, it is more sophisticated and requires more skill and experience.

These are 2 small double torsion springs made of stailess steel 304. The first spring (the one on the right) is easier, while the second spring (the one on the left) is a lot harder to be made because there are a lot of right angle bendings, and these bendings are made in a small space. We spent almost 2 days to programme the machine.

These zigzag springs are made piece by piece but not in rolls, the 2 ends are made to a custom design. First let’s take a look at how it is made on a CNC bending machine. The video is quite straightforward so you can easily understand the process.
