CAIRE is already for several years in practical operation at four locations of the French Navy. Based on a telemetric surveillance network it monitors the nuclear-powered submarines and aircraft carriers. This installation had been accompanied by a large scale validation under participation of various French and German institutions.

CAISE provides continuous environmental surveillance around nuclear facilities using measured meteorological and radiological data. It complies with the REI (guidelines for monitoring emissions and exposures at nuclear facilities). CAISE not only assists you with the routine work of environmental monitoring and radiation protection, but it also serves as a real-time decision support system in case of unexpected incidents, such as increased emission levels. CAISE is also an effective training instrument and serves as simulator for exercises.

This is a program for calculation of radiation exposure from nuclear facilities in accordance with the General Administrative Regulations (AVV/SBG), pursuant to § 47 and § 49 of the Decree on Radiation Protection.

COMPAS shows you in real-time the affected areas, and what is to be expected. The output can be used immediately both in decision making and in keeping the public properly informed. COMPAS requires only a minimum of manual input for that.

This decision support system for fire brigade response to radiation emergencies is based on German guidelines and only available with a German GUI.
