Anyone can write a regulatory-compliant health and safety program, but if employees do not embrace the program and accept the culture of safety, incident rates are not likely to improve. Broadbent develops safety programs and products that are modern, sensible, and engaging, so that employees will want to embrace safety. Successful implementation of the safety programs can reduce injuries, lower incident rates, and ultimately, reduce insurance costs for our clients.
