BHS System Controls command the entire sorting system with an advanced touch screen interface and reporting system. Our controls feature color touch screens with a menu-driven system for easy operations. Operators can view and control entire system or individual motors. Controls are flexible to meet changing conditions and are customized to each customer’s needs. Ethernet connection allows for the BHS factory to communicate with the control panel for quick troubleshooting. Available with SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition), you will have the information you need to manage your MRF operations.

BHS Conveyors are custom designed to fit the specific needs of each system. From light duty to heavy loads, BHS Conveyors are built to last, with easy maintenance and top-of-the-line components. BHS Conveyors have self-cleaning decks, self-cleaning carry runs and self-cleaning tail pulleys. These features greatly reduce or eliminate material from being caught under the belt.

The BHS FiberPure Screen is a series of 12 specialized Debris Roll Screen shafts used to treat the two-dimensional product carried over the Polishing Screen. The Tri-Discs aggressively agitate the material to remove small contaminants such as wet tissue, toweling, diapers, candy wrappers, and other like items. The result is a two-dimensional material stream consisting of mostly high-quality fiber. This material stream is often treated optically to remove plastic film or fiber.

BHS Mobile Control system provides MRF operators with a safe and secure means to adjust equipment settings without being tied down to a fixed panel. The handheld HMI utilizes the same user-friendly interface as the primary operator panel, allowing operations and maintenance staff to move about the facility with ease.
