Just because you run a small to medium horsepower engine doesn’t mean that you should have to use a lower quality catalyst housing. In fact, some of the most severe duty cycles that a catalyst sees on an industrial engine is on engines from 50-250 hp. Whether it’s load swings, frequent thermal cycles or vibration, you need a housing that can take the pounding. We developed our PSC line of catalyst housings and combos to be tough enough for this service. Utilizing our Vacuum Brazed Substrate (VBS) catalyst elements with our integral C-Channel banding the PSC line is built to prevent catalyst bypassing and lid leakage that plague other designs.

The Horizontal Gas Thermal Oxidizer (HGTO) is available in sizes to 4,000 SCFM and can be fitted with a heat exchanger. The Horizontal Gas Thermal Oxidizer offers the flexibility of a thermal oxidizer with the option to be converted to catalytic mode in the field at any time.

The Vertical Gas Thermal Oxidizer offers the flexibility of a thermal oxidizer with the option to be converted to catalytic mode in the field at any time.

The Flame-Ox^® oxidizer system was designed to clean up severely contaminated sites. The system can safely process significantly higher concentrations (up to 100,000 ppm or more) and is a great match for a rapid response situation or accelerating the cleanup schedule by eliminating a need to balance process flow with dilution air. The Flame-Ox^® can directly accept the higher concentrations and the control system adjust to changing conditions.

CCC has a staff of application engineers with knowledge of the complex emissions regulations for gas compression and RICE NESHAP applications.

A recuperative thermal oxidizer is best for process applications with lower flow rates or VOC concentrations above 10% LEL. Applications of a recuperative thermal oxidizer include amine treater off gas, cellulosic ethanol plants, calciner and spray dryer exhaust, and chemical manufacturing processes.

Regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) is a VOC emission control system for process applications with low average VOC concentrations.

Lowest Cost Technology for controlling VOC emissions from low concentration exhaust streams. Concentrator technology combined with an RTO system is the most cost effective solution for high volume and low VOC concentration process streams.
