The purpose of this Benchmarking Tool  is to analyze your performance on sustainability, and comparing them to some of the leading sustainable companies . This benchmarking tool has been developed to compare you with some of the leading companies within sustainability based on sustainable criteria, for instance: employees, community, energy consumption, carbon emission, stakeholders engagement, and way of setting targets. These leading companies within sustainability have been selected from the Dow Jones Sustainable Index and the Global 100 Most Sustainable Corporations in the World.

The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), produces one of the world`s most adopted standards for sustainability reporting, the Sustainability Reporting Guidelines. The Guidelines have been created through a multi-stakeholder consensus seeking approach, that enable them to be broadly applicable: to small companies, large multinationals, public sector, NGOs and other types of organizations from all around the world.

Furthermore, the Application Levels meet the needs of reporting organizations in terms of objectively displaying their use of the GRI Guidelines.

The purpose of the ISO 26000 Assessment is to measure the degree to which the ISO26000 guidelines are adopted within the organization and identify the organization’s performance level on Corporate Responsibility (CR).

The implementation of a Sustainability Assessment and stakeholder mapping are essential tools for starting the Sustainability journey. Through these tools the following goals can be achieved: Identification of Key Material areas based on GRI G4 guidelines, Identification of existing strengths, areas for improvement and key risks relevant to Sustainability, Analysis of resource distribution for the achievement of Sustainability results, Identification of engagement opportunities for every stakeholder group.

Sustainability Assessments are considered the optimum tool to enable the organization to identify areas for improvements (gaps) risks and priorities. CSE uses leading international guidelines for carry on Sustainability Assessments based on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Corporate Responsibility Index (CRI), ISO26000, GHG Protocol, Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) guidelines and other standards in order to provide each company with the most appropriate method for the assessment.
