Cincinnati - Multi-Channel Leak Test Instrument
The Sentinel Blackbelt Pro is an advanced multi-test, multi-port, multi-channel test instrument for leak, flow pressure and vacuum testing. One Blackbelt Pro instrument can manage and execute 4 individual part tests at different stations. It offers the flexibility of a custom instrument in a standard instrument platform.
Cincinnati - Single Channel Multi-Port Leak Flow and Blockage Test Instrument
Cincinnati - Leak Detection System
Sentinel I28 is manufacturing’s most versatile and robust pressure decay and mass flow test instrument. It delivers durability and high test repeatability in a proven, standard platform and is configurable for a vast array of test types and options for pressure, flow, or vacuum testing. A multifunctional unit, it can be integrated with a PLC or operate on its own and control up to 5 tooling motions.
Cincinnati - Benchtop Pressure or Flow Leak Tester
Cincinnati - Multi-Function Leak Test Instrument
The Sentinel C28 is a versatile and highly advanced multi-function leak test instrument that provides high-resolution pressure decay, vacuum decay and occlusion leak testing with speed and repeatability in a compact wall-mount design.a
Cincinnati - Low-cost Pressure Decay Leak Detection Instrument
The compact wall-mount Sentinel C20 World Edition instrument is the industry’s most cost-effective pressure decay leak test instrument. Designed with the same technology as all Sentinel instruments, the C20 is known for accuracy, speed, and repeatability. It’s easy to configure and has small packaging that enables easy integration into product line testing applications.
Test Instruments - Certified Leak Standards - Sniffer Leak Standards
Cincinnati - Variable Rate Crimped Capillary Leak Standard
Developed to calibrate “sniffer” type leak detectors, the CPV model calibrated leak standard is available for several different gas types and mixes. It is often used to verify the concentration of a tracer gas in a mix, and to calibrate hydrogen leak detectors. The CPV model features a pin-point gas source that accepts and aligns most manufacturers’ sniffer probes with virtually no dead volume where tracer gases can accumulate and cause inconsistent readings. Calibrated helium leak standards with shut-off valves and should not be used to calibrate a “Sniffer Type” leak detector. This model is available in leak rates ranging from 10-5?to 10-2?atm-cc/s, with other rates available upon request.
Leak Test Accessories - Leak Simulator and Leak Test Gauges
Cincinnati - Portable Vacuum Gauge
Cincinnati Test Systems’ compact, portable high vacuum leak test gauge uses Pirani gauge technology to verify system vacuum pressures. The CTS digital vacuum gauge with KF16 fitting connects directly to the system vacuum fittings to measure vacuum from 1 Pa to atmosphere. The easy-to-read display indicates pressure in one of three selectable engineering units: view results in Microns, Pascals, or mBar. Easily adapts to luer connectors for validations used with medical applications.
Cincinnati - Portable Vacuum/Pressure Gauge
Verify or calibrate a Sentinel instrument’s pressure display with this easy-to-use portable digital vacuum/pressure gauge. With the appropriate fitting, the gauge easily connects to the test port of Sentinel instruments. Featuring a standard 4-1/2 digit LCD display with 1/2" character size, you can view results in one of nine selectable engineering units. This gauge has an accuracy of 0.13% full scale. We offer our combination vacuum/pressure leak test gauges in two ranges: vacuum to 60 PSIG, and vacuum to 300 PSIG. All models include a padded carrying case, an adapter fitting for easy attachment to the test line, and an NIST*-traceable calibration certificate.
Cincinnati - Leak Simulator
The Leak Simulator from CTS partner company, innomatec, is an easy way to verify the calibration of your leak test instrument. Its ability to measure real mass flow, independent of pressure or temperature changes, makes it unique. It works with all CTS and innomatec systems and can be plugged or connected to most types of other branded leak testers. Easy to set up, featuring inlet and outlet port threads, this flow meter is an ideal tool for ensuring leak test systems are working accurately to specifications.
