CMC SmartCEMS - Remote Terminal Unit for Pollutant

The SmartCEMS® Remote Terminal Unit is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides continuous stack gas analysis for pollutants and diluents under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. The PEMS Analyzer will meet the requirements of Subpart E of Part 75 and/or and the standard under Part 60, PS-16. The PEMS Analyzer is typically used on combustion turbines and gas or oil fired boilers and heaters, but can be applied to any number of industrial processes. The CMC PEMS is an acceptable regulatory alternative under the existing and proposed U.S. Federal and State regulations, and E.U. where continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for source emissions compliance are required.

CMC SmartCEMS - Remote Automated Sample and Calibration

The SmartCEMS Remote Automated Sample and Calibration, or RASCAL, interfaces with the PEMS or DAHS and performs automatic audits and report generation for PS-16 compliant RAAs. The remote calibrator is used with a portable analyzer to provide a complete automated compliance package minimizing maintenance staff and costs for PEMS QA onsite.

CMC SmartCEMS - Predictive Emissions Monitoring System (PEMS)

The SmartCEMS® Probe is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides for continuous stack gas sampling for pollutants and diluents under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. The Probe will meet the requirements for sampling during model development and PEMS QA activity. The Probe is required to connect the sample line and the Mobile CEMS to the stack sampling port for extraction of exhaust gas for analysis.

CMC SmartCEMS - Sample Line of PEMS

The SmartCEMS® Sample Line is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides for continuous stack gas sampling for pollutants and diluents under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. The Sample Line will meet the requirements for sampling during model development and PEMS QA activity. The Sample Line is required to connect the Probe to the Sample Interface Panel and the Mobile CEMS for transport of exhaust gas for analysis.

CMC SmartCEMS - PEMS Sample Interface Panels

The SmartCEMS® Sample Interface Panel is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides for continuous stack gas sampling for pollutants and diluents under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. The Sample Interface Panel will meet the requirements for sampling during model development and PEMS QA activity. The Sample Interface Panel is required to connect the probe and sample line to the Mobile CEMS.

CMC SmartCEMS - Portable Gas Analyzer System

The SmartCEMS Portable Gas Analyzer System is a component of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides for continuous stack gas sampling for pollutants and diluents under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. The Portable Gas Analyzer System can test up to 6 gases simultaneously, or swap sensors out for additional parameters. It has an innovative dilution systems for the widest testing ranges and greatest sensor protection. The PGAS utilizes a thermoelectric chiller for moisture dropout and  a peristaltic hose pump for controlled water removal. It boasts an automatic How-controlled pump with high strength sampling to over 50 feet away and :ontinuous temperature compensation for assured accuracy.

CMC SmartCEMS - Flare Flow Monitor

The SmartCEMS® Flare Flow Monitor is a very reliable device consisting of a stainless steel pitot flow element in the stack and dynamic ranging difference pressure and temperature sensors. The flow monitor can be installed on any stack including flare stack or flare feed lines using a standard ANSI or ISO flange. The flow monitor along with the computation software and interface allows for complete flare monitoring per the applicable regulatory standards.

CMC SmartCEMS - Analyzer Shelters for CEMS (Cl. 1, Div. 2)

The SmartCEMS Shelter CEMS is a complete continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) contained in a fixed shelter. The Shelter CEMS is typically supplied either with or without a zone rating such as ATEX II. The Shelter CEMS can be equipped to provide continuous stack gas analysis for pollutants and diluents under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. The Shelter CEMS is equipped with analyzers for stack gas flow, concentration of NOx, SO2, CO, CO2, and O2. Optionally, for sour gas measurement a hot/wet sampling system can be provided with analyzers to measure H2S and VOC. The Shelter CEMS can be provided with data acquisition system and controls for fully automated operations.

SmartCEMS - Analyzer Shelter for CEMS (ATEX Zone 2)

The SmartCEMS® Shelter CEMS is a complete continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS) contained in a fixed shelter. The Shelter CEMS is without a zone rating such as ATEX II.

CMC SmartCEMS - Mobile CEMS System

The SmartCEMS® Mobile CEMS is a complete mobile monitoring system on wheels and an integral part of a predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) that provides continuous stack gas analysis for pollutants and diluents under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 and/or U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 75 regulations. The Mobile CEMS will meet the requirements for use in reference method testing both for model development and PEMS QA. The Mobile CEMS is equipped with analyzers for stack gas flow, concentration of NOx, SO2, H2S, VOC, CO, CO2, and O2. The Mobile CEMS can be provided complete with data acquisition system and controls for fully automated operations.
