CMC SmartCEMS-60 - Model SCUS60 - Predictive Emissions Monitoring System (Compliance with 40 CFR Part 60)
The SmartCEMS®-60 PEMS or predictive emission monitoring system (PEMS) is a complete system that provides continuous data recording and report generation compliant under U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60 regulations. The system comes with a data acquisition component and is guaranteed to meet 40 CFR Part 60, Appendix B, PS-16 audit standards on combustion turbines and gas/ oil fired boilers, or heaters. The data acquisition and handling system (DAHS) provides a secure and reliable means of collecting, storing, and reporting compliance data. The CMC PEMS is an acceptable regulatory alternative under the existing and proposed U.S. Federal and State regulations where continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for source emissions compliance are required.

The data acquisition and handling system (DAHS) provides a secure and reliable means of collecting, storing, and reporting compliance data and generating the electronic data reports in XML format for submittal. The CMC PEMS is an acceptable regulatory alternative under the existing and proposed U.S. Federal and State regulations where continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for source emissions compliance are required.

The system comes with a data acquisition component and is guaranteed to meet CAM and U.S. EPA standards for combustion turbines and gas/oil fired boilers, or heaters. The data acquisition and handling system (DAHS) provides a secure and reliable means of collecting, storing, and reporting compliance data and generating the electronic data reports. The CMC CAMS is an acceptable regulatory solution under the existing and proposed U.S. regulations where continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for source emissions compliance are not required.

The SmartCEMS® Continuous Parametric Monitoring System is a complete system that provides continuous data recording and report generation compliant under the U.S. EPA 40 CFR Part 60, Appendix B, PS-17 requirements. The system comes with a data acquisition component and is guaranteed to meet CPMS and U.S. EPA standards for combustion turbines and gas/oil fired boilers, or heaters. The data acquisition and handling system (DAHS) provides a secure and reliable means of collecting, storing, and reporting compliance data and generating the electronic data reports.
CMC SmartCEMS - Model SCSVR - Server Package
The SmartCEMS® Server package is a set of software tools and a platform to gather PEMS data from various sources such as CMC’s SmartCEMS PEMS Analyzer, Continuous Parametric Monitor, Alternative Emission Monitor, and Compliance Assurance Monitor and from remote connected hardware devices such as CMC’s Remote Terminal Unit. The system gathers all compliance emission data and allows for generation of reports and compliance submittals from one location. Clients can access the server over the network and the reporting features can be enabled to be viewed via web applications.
CMC SmartCEMS - Model VPANL - Virtual Process Analytics Packages
The SmartCEMS® Virtual Process Analytics package is a set of tools and software to be used in a process plant environment to model process inputs in real time and run plant operating scenarios. The product includes development versions of the PEMS Analyzer and Configuration tools. These products are used to create a virtual plant that can provide backup analyzer values for process analyzers.
CMC SmartCEMS - Model SCDEV - Developer Package
The SmartCEMS Developer package is a set of materials including PEMS development documentation and tools for the PEMS developer to be used to build models for use with CMC PEMS products. The developer package allows end users and third party entities to build, support, maintain, and improve PEMS models using CMC technology. The package includes minimum training to get the development tools installed on a development machine provided by the customer to support PEMS installed elsewhere.
