Purification plants and collection of dust-combustion fumes from blast furnaces and compound preparation. In this sector our company has already installed and is operating various plants all over the world, with excellent results. The fumes extracted at 850° C from the various blast furnace chimneys are initially cooled then conveyed through a main collector to an multi-tube exchanger, and consequently to a dry sleeve filter (single or separate cell). The entire system is kept compressed by a centrifugal fan positioned upstream. The dust and gas pollutants, passing through the filter sleeves, are totally abated. In fact, the dust is held by the sleeves’ filtering material, whereas the gas is neutralised by the injection of powder additives into the fluid.
Collection plants for dust from buffing and brushing machines, staking machines, shaving machines (wet-dry), polishers and drums. In this sector our company has already installed and is operating various plants all over the world, with excellent results. Our long experience in sectors with a high fire risk has led to the design of a plant suitable for the tanning industry. The dust extracted by the various machines is conveyed by a single collector to the centrifugal separator (cyclone); 90% of the dust is compressed by the vortex created internally, before entering the compactor in the lower part of the separator.

In this sector our company has already installed and is operating various plants all over the world, with excellent results. The dust extracted from the various machines is conveyed by a single collector to the dry sleeve filter depressurised by a special centrifugal fan positioned upstream. The dust held in the sleeves (in anti-spark polyester felt) is abated with compressed air jets at 7 bar pressure. It falls into the hopper under the filter and a briquette press reduces its volume by 10/15 times.
