CW Bale Openers automatically cut bale film and wires, safely and effectively removing them from the baled material. Cross Wrap spools the removed film and wires into a rolled bundle that is easy to recycle. CW Bale Openers enable safer and more reliable bale opening and loading, and they are compatible with variable-sized rectangular and round bales. And they can be delivered with a feeding conveyor or the customer can use their existing. Cross Wrap machines are engineered based on Cross Wrap’s patented bale-opening method. The CW Dewiring machine automatically and safely cuts and removes steel bale wires from the bale. The CW Dewiring machine can dewire various bale sizes, materials, and ties, and it can be equipped with both in-feed and out-feed conveyors.
