Your questions and service requests are serviced by our competent employees in the Service Center. The processing of your requests occurs remotely or locally, dependent on your requirements.

Silver Services

The expanded package for a committed partnership! This service offering guarantees a professional and locally present service and support organization in the DACH region. Our technicians process and solve all IT infrastructure requests in a fast and reliable manner. IMACDs will be dealt with in a professional, efficient and coordinated manner. The services will be discussed and defined in a workshop (SLA) and monitored afterwards (KPI). The specific requirements, processes and structures of the customer will be analyzed and documented locally (FSI).
