Submersible motor 6” GF series Series of water filled submersible motors with encapsulated (canned) stator and rotor for installation in 6” (150 mm or more) diameter wells. The motor is supplied pre-filled with a coolant (entirely non-toxic) consisting of a water + propylene glycol mixture with anti-oxidant, lubricating and anti-freeze functions (up to -15 °C). The thrust bearing unit and the radial bearings are lubricated by the liquid inside while a membrane ensures variation of the liquid volume as well as pressure compensation. The electric power cable is connected to the motor by means of a watertight removable connector. A mechanical seal together with a special sand-guard ensures operation also in the presence of sandy waters; a silicon carbide SIC/SIC seal and a temperature sensor can be fitted as optional.

The motor is supplied pre-filled with a coolant (entirely non-toxic) consisting of a water + propylene glycol mixture with anti-oxidant, lubricating and anti-freeze functions (up to -15 °C). The thrust bearing unit and the radial bearings are lubricated by the liquid inside while a membrane ensures variation of the liquid volume as well as pressure compensation. 4” series high performance water filled submersible motors made of AISI 304 stainless steel (parts in contact with water). Encapsulated stator filled with inert gas avoiding the inflation of the inner casing and damages to rotor and shaft. This technology ensures that the motor can always be repaired. Lubrication of the motor and thrust bearing system is guaranteed by a water+glycol mixture; the motors are supported by Kingsbury type thrust bearing pads which ensure high axial thrust; all the motors are provided with a removable cable connector.

5” multistage submersible pumps with outer casing in AISI 304 stainless steel; encapsulated stator filled with inert gas avoiding the inflation of the inner casing and damages to rotor and shaft. This technology ensures that the motor can always be repaired. Cooling of the pump is ensured by the pumped liquid. The radial centrifugal impellers and the diffusers are made of Noryl charged with fibre glass with stainless steel anti-wear ring; motor shaft made of AISI 304 and silicon carbide mechanical seal on the pump side and sealing ring on the motor side with oil chamber for lubrication and cooling of the seal surfaces. Pumps designed for pumping clean, non-aggressive water free of solid bodies or fibres. Two series are available, DIVER (80 l/1’) and DIVER HF (200l/1’). Pumps supplied with 10 metres of H07-RNF cable; pump requires the starting capacitor.
