The Dekati ePNC is an innovative particle counter sensor designed specifically for easy integration in Periodic Testing and Inspection (PTI) devices. This PN counter fills all requirements of the upcoming NPTI regulation for a particle number counter.

Dekati ePNC is a compact particle number sensor specifically designed for PTI measurements. The ePNC gives reliable data of particle number concentration and it has several integration options for implementation into customer specific systems. The sensor has a modular design with separate control and metrological units. The control unit takes care of the control systems and data communications, whereas the replaceable metrological unit contains the particle measurement system. This design makes service and maintenance extremely easy and cost effective.

The Dekati DePS (Dekati electrical Particle Sensor) is a miniature sensor for real-time particulate matter measurements. The Dekati DePS allows direct monitoring of particle LDSA concentration, and the measurement signal can be easily correlated to particle number or mass concentrations. The DePS™-OEM sensor consists of the particle detection and electronic control units and can be configured with a wide variety of options for optimal integration into customer-specific devices or systems.

The Dekati High Temperature ELPI+ (Electrical Low Pressure Impactor, HT-ELPI+) is a unique version of the Dekati ELPI+ that enables real-time measurement of particle size distribution from 6 nm up to 10 μm with 10 Hz sampling rate. The High Temperature ELPI+ allows direct measurement of up to 180 °C high temperature aerosol samples without the need to cool the sample, which makes the HT-ELPI+ a one of a kind tool to characterize high temperature aerosols. Additionally, the HT-ELPI+ has all the benefits of the Dekati ELPI+ system including real-time standalone operation, wide sample concentration range, wide particle size range and robust structure for operation even in harsh conditions.

The Dekati High Resolution ELPI+ (Electrical Low Pressure Impactor, HR-ELPI+) is an improved version of the widely used ELPI+ instrument. The High Resolution ELPI+ utilizes a data inversion algorithm that gives real-time particle size distribution in up to 500 size classes 6 nm – 10 μm. Other High Resolution ELPI+ features include wide particle sample concentration range, robust structure and possibility to characterize chemical composition of size classified particles after the real-time measurement. The latest addition to the HR-ELPI+ features is a new Data Analysis Tool software that makes data analysis and visualization fast and easy for the instrument operator. This new tool comes with particle number, LDSA and mass concentration (6nm-2.5 μm) calculations for the HR-ELPI+.

The new Dekati MPEC+ (Mobile Particle Emission Counter) is a compact and portable instrument for easy onboard PN-PEMS measurements. At the core of the MPEC+ is the patented Dekati ePNC particle counting technology, which has been further optimized for fast transient emission measurements. The MPEC+ is the device of choice for highly accurate PN-PEMS testing in accordance with RDE requirements. The Dekati MPEC+ has been extensively tested and verified in some of the harshest driving and climate conditions to make sure it always delivers superb measurement performance.

The Dekati eFilter is a unique instrument that combines a standard gravimetric filter holder and sensitive real-time PM detection in one compact instrument. The Dekati eFilter assembly includes a standard gravimetric filter holder that is used to determine gravimetric mass of particles in the sample.
