The Alpha2000 is an ultrasonic Doppler Flowmeter consisting of a transmitter, a clamp-on transmit/receive sensor or an insertion sensor. The transmitters’ electronics is specifically designed to analyze, separate and reject noise frequencies. The ultrasonic sound waves are coupled from the sensor, through the pipe walls and are reflected off the particles in the fluid and back through the pipe walls to the sensor.

The Alpha 3000 Transit-Time flowmeter combines digital signal processing (DSP) with correlation detection methods. The Alpha 3000 is designed to work on clean and dirty fluids ranging from distilled products to multi-phase crude oil and water mixtures. Difficult applications include oil production, cryogenic and custody transfer. Available in single channel or multi-channel, this Transit-Time flow measurement instrument is configurable as a clamp-on or insertion model. When combined with Mass Flow Computer temperature or density compensations with RS485 communications can be realized.

The Alpha6000 ultrasonic flowmeter works according to the acoustic transit time differential method. Ultrasonic transducers mutually send and receive short pulses with and against the gas flow direction which affects their transit time. The volume flow is calculated from the difference of transit times. Alpha6000 Ultrasonic Gas Flowmeter employs digital signal auto-correlation method to reduce the interference caused by pipe vibration, valve opening or closing, which greatly improves the measurement reliability. Alpha6000 can be used for flow measurement in harsh industrial fields and conditions.
