Water Monitoring
Model CSM5000 - Ultrasonic Sludge Blanket Monitoring System
CSM5000 sludge blanket level meter utilizes its specialized ultrasonic technology to measure the liquid and solid interface level in various types of clarifiers, settling tanks, and thickeners. The CSM5000 offers 3 useful information with numerical & graphic displays, such as range of blanket level, echo profile images, and saved data analysis etc. Its built-in probe cleaning device makes automatic probe cleaning efficiently with no additional cost and the swing bracket helps to protect the probe from skimmer travels. Its 5 respective LEDs also help the field operator to monitor the operational status in a moment.
Delta Phase - Model SDM-4000 - Ultrasonic Suspended Solid Monitoring System
The SDM4000 suspended solid meter utilizes its specialized ultrasonic technology to measure the concentration of sludges and slurries in various applications. SDM4000 use 2 transducers to maximize its reliability of measurement. One transducer is used for transmission and the other transducer is used for signal reception. Thus, new patented measuring algorithm maximizes its measurement credibility and accuracy. SDM4000 offers both pipeline type sensor and spoolpiece/insertion type sensor for wide applications. Its 3 set-point relays can be independently configured as either a high or low setpoint and can be used for direct control or for error alarming. The graphic display shows the present sensors status and helps the operator to check its performance.
Delta Phase - Model TA-5 - On-line Titration Analyzer
The TA-5 Analyzer is an on-line sequential sampling analyzer that involves multiple points PH measurements based on Titration technologies to perform an analysis. The analyzers can be configured to perform VFA (volatile fatty acids) and Total Alkalinity analysis by using only two reagents. Anaerobic digestion treatment of municipal and industrial waste water has gained considerable importance in the last few years. In terms of process stability, anaerobic digestion still lags behind aerobic biological treatment or physic-chemical processes. VFA (volatile fatty acids also called short-chain fatty acid) and Alkalinity are both very important parameters to assess the anaerobic digestion stability.
