Digested - Spiral Brush Screen Filter
The wastewater to be filtered flows into the top of the unit where it enters the interior of the cylindrical screen. Clarified material, or filtrate, exits the unit by passing through the screen while the solids accumulate inside the screen. The motor spins a spiral-shaped cleaning brush within the screen, keeping the screen clean and pushing the accumulated solids to the purge outlet at the bottom of the unit. An automated valve opens periodically to discharge these solids out of the unit—there is no disruption to the process flow and no shut down time for backwashing.
Digested - Two-Step Reverse Osmosis Systems
Raw, screened, or filtered liquid is first passed through the Forward Osmosis (FO) membrane stacks, where 50-95% of the water is removed by passing through the membrane and into a salt water solution.The concentrate exits the FO system and can be collected in a tank nearby.

The Nutrient Concentration & Water Reclamation (NCWR)™ System can process raw wastewaters, manures, and digestates, and separate the flow into clean, reusable water–ideal for facility re-use or discharge–and concentrated liquid fertilizer. With most materials, we can recover more than 70% of the total volume as clean water while concentrating the nutrients about 3-5x.
