Indoor Air Quality Products

Dimtech - Kitchen Exhaust Units

Dimtech offers a complete series of kitchen exhaust treatment systems, the KDSA series. KDSA systems are an agile solution for professional kitchens, combining state-of-the-art technologies to eliminate a broad spectrum of pollutants.

Dimtech - Dry Scrubbers

Dry Scrubbers (DS) are a standalone or a polishing step for air treatment using molecular media. Dimtech designs and manufactures dry scrubbers for long service life and easy maintenance - media change. Dimtech`s extensive experience in designing-constructing DS and selecting suitable media ensures the optimal arrangement.

Dimtech - Kitchen Exhaust Systems

Smoke, grease, and ash are significant problems for kitchen exhaust systems. Generally, kitchens that use solid fuels produce fumes at high temperatures, which makes standard exhaust systems unsuitable for such applications. Smoki is the first-ever system for shoot and grease abatement, which, in combination with KDSA, constitutes the optimal arrangement for kitchen emissions abatement.

Dimtech - Air Quality Monitoring and Filtration Systems

Dimtech offers air quality monitoring and filtration systems for applications like museums, data centers, and telecommunication facilities. In such cases, air quality is a crucial parameter for the exhibits` conservation and the electronic life span, as they are affected by air pollutants.

Industrial Air Abatement Products

Dimtech - Biotrickling Filter

Biotrickling filters are an advanced technology for odor removal in waste and exhaust gases. They remove air pollutants such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, and other organic substances through biological processes.

Dimtech - Biofilters

Biofilters are the optimum biological filtration solution for treating low-concentrated and undefined odors. This environmentally friendly technology biodegrades the pollutants naturally to non-toxic compounds like carbon dioxide and water. Biofilters are based on a single process, they have low operating costs regarding energy, water consumption, and maintenance expenses.

Filter Media

Synthetic Air Filter Media

Synthetic air filter media are made of polymer fibers. The media has a progressive structure, which means that the density of the filter mat gradually increases with the depth of the material in the direction of airflow. This prevents early surface clogging of the filter material and results in high dust retention capacity and long useful life. They are adequately bonded, so that their structure and properties will be retained even under difficult operating and climatic conditions. Synthetic air filter media are resistant to mechanical stresses and exposure to chemicals, which reduces the risk of damage on installation and during operation. They are available in G2, G3, G4 and M5 classes acc. to EN779.

Filters

Metal Air Filters

Metal filters are manufactured from one ore more layers of a special aluminium/ stainless steel/ galvanized steel braided medium inserted into an aluminium/ stainless steel/ galvanized steel U-section frame. The filter medium is on both sides protected with a solid grid made of expanded metal. Available in G2 or G3 classes acc. to EN779.

Filter Housing & Accessories

Side Access Filter Housings (SAH)

Mechanical filter housing constructed galvanized or stainless steel sheet for use as portable or fixed filter unit. Side access doors on one or two sides with stainless steel or plastic hinges for ease of filter change. Suitable gaskets and sealants for air-tightness. Capable of incorporating all classes (G, F, H, U) and sizes of mechanical filters. All units are factory or site assembled for ease of installation. Flanges or flexible joints provide ready connections to other HVAC equipment.

Gas Phase Filtration Media

Chemisorbant Granules for Air Purification

Chemisorbant consists of granules formed from a combination of activated alumina and other binders, suitably impregnated with potassium permanganate to provide optimum adsorption, absorption and oxidation of a wide variety of gaseous contaminants. Target pollutants include hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, nitric oxide and formaldehyde.
