The RPC 2640 & RPC 2660 Series from DJE Recycling Systems are universal small size Granulators capable of granulating 80 - 150 kgs hour depending on the material. including: Plastic materials, rubber, PET bottles, paper, hardboard, electric plate, thin film and so on. Manufactured with a reliable welded steel structure fine appearance, suitable for production of small space and small scale. The RPC 4280 - 42100 - 52120 Granulator Series from DJE Recycling Systems  is specially designed to cater for almost all types of plastic size reduction applications from 400 - 1200 Kgs Hour depending upon the materials. The rigid welded steel structure is designed to withstand the most extreme grades of plastic material and ensures consistent performance and long lasting service.

Heavy Duty  RPC66120 -  RPC66160  Granulators,  suitable for crushing - granulating  very large plastic products between  capable of granulating 1000 - 1700 Kgs Hour depending on the materials. Welded by rigid steel structure, which are specifically designed to meet the needs to the difficult-crushing recycling materials, and suitable for crushing pipe, film, sheeting and large-size solid materials. We supply plastic washing systems and machinery capable of handling  500 Kgs - 750 Kgs hour with options for customers who are looking towards systems with small amounts of materials to be washed and cleaned or looking  towards  incorporating partial washing system  which can be incorporate into machinery currently being used for general  waste recycling.

DJE Recycling Systems  offer a comprehensive range of standard open and enclosed skips including a skiplift compaction containers manufactured by Taylor Sellers . Compatible with all proprietary lifting equipment, they are manufactured with reinforcing plates and gussets used to protect vulnerable areas and stress points, all section joints are mitred and fully welded for strength and longevity.

RWT 2260 18.5 kW single shaft shredder with throughputs typically ranging between 200 - 800 Kgs hour depending upon the material. Is currently the smallest single shaft shredder in our range, affordable solution for small business looking for in house shredding and recycling. This machine is the ideal solution for low volume processors in the plastics, film, rubber, wood and recycling materials.
