DJE - Model FS 160 -Four Shaft Shredder

The 3E FS series incorporate 2 main rotating shafts with interlocking blades fed via 2 assistant shafts. Having the  advantages in standardisation and modularisation design, high interchange ability for their components. Blades are manufactured from special alloy steel incorporating high strength, strong anti wear and reparability.

Motor drive takes advantage of 4 motors, heavy planet gear boxes to make main shafts rotate at different speeds. Electrics are manufactured by  SIEMENS incorporating a  PLC program and touch screen control with video monitor system and the automatic detecting overload protection function.
