This 3-day course provides knowledge and understanding of the ISO 9001 standard and trains potential internal auditors in the principles and practices of QMS auditing in a manner compatible with ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent standards, in accordance with the guidance provided in ISO 19011.

This 5-day Quality Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor Course ISO 9001:2008 provides the knowledge and skills needed to organize and lead a QMS; evaluate and report audit findings; evaluate corrective action effectiveness and carry out follow-up and routine audits.

This 3-day course provides attendees with the auditing skills and knowledge needed to perform internal assessments against the requirements of AS9100 Aerospace Standard for Quality Management Systems. The course includes auditor qualifications, audit planning , proper auditing techniques, and effective reporting of audit results. Practical exercises in applying the AS9100C standard are used to develop and hone auditing skills. This course includes the AS9100C Foundation Course for a complete learning experience.

Auditing is a skill! Therefore, this course focusses almost entirely on exercises and role-plays. You and your team will prepare, plan, conduct and report audits at a fictitious company. This fictitious company has a documented management system, procedures, work instructions, archives, records and computer systems available.

The course is highly interactive in nature with emphasis on active involvement of students in group-work, brainstorming sessions, quizzes, reflection exercises and students teaching each other and sharing their experiences, discussions of real life examples which will help students in assimilating and consolidating their understanding of the ISMS based on ISO 27001 standard effectively. The tutor will provide his theoretical inputs to supplement the course and impart applied knowledge to various situations.

Students will understand the purpose of an information security management system and also be able to explain the processes involved in establishing, implementing, operating, monitoring, reviewing and improving an ISMS as defined in the ISO 27001 standard, including the significance of these for ISMS auditors.

This course is designed to enable participants to gain a practical knowledge of the OHSAS 18001 standard and health & safety system certification audits as per ISO 19011 and also to effectively participate in the implementation of requirements.

This course is designed to help enhance and expand the loss control management system of an organization. It helps you to understand and assimilate basic risk concepts, and learn an effective semi-quantitative (group) risk assessment technique. Emphasis will be placed on skills needed in participating and leading risk assessments.
