Oil leak detection device provides 3 day (when battery operated) audible alarm and isolated relay contacts (DPDT) rated 1amp at 28VDC Max. which transfer and hold when activated - Ideal to tie into existing security panel or control panel. 100 db. alarm. Can also be used with RA-WM Remote Alarm and PR-WM Power Relay.

Designed to detect a leak, Model SS is our standard Water Alert detector that provides an audible alarm when activated.  Model SS is used in applications where only a local audible alarm is desired.

Our Model SS-1 Water Alert detector provides both local and remote audible alarms when activated. The Model SS-1 is used in applications requiring a single detector and remote alarm, such as noisy or unattended areas.

Our Model SS-2 Water Alert detector provides a local audible alarm when activated. The Model SS-2 is used in applications where a local audible alarm is desired and an extended alarm duration is required. The SS-2 is available with  three powering options – including (2) 9v alkaline batteries, PSW-3 power supply and a voltage module. Its audible alarm projects sound at 100 decibels from 3 feet away (similar to standing next to a powered lawn mower) and runs for a minimum of 10 days. Power draw is 25ma 9vdc (activated).

Our Model SS-4 Water Alert detector does not feature an alarm but rather provides isolated dry relay contacts that transfer and hold when activated. They also self-reset. Model SS-4 is used in applications where a tie-in to an existing panel is desired, such as Building Management Systems (BMS), and no audible alarm is necessary. The SS-4 is available in three powering options – including (2) 9v alkaline batteries, PSW-3 power supply, and a voltage module. The power draw is 1ma @ 9vdc (activated).

Our Model SS-5 Water Alert detector provides an audible alarm and isolated dry relay contacts that transfer and hold when activated, and self-reset. The Model SS-5 is used in applications where tie-in to an existing panel is desired (such as Building Management Systems aka BMS) and can be used to control valves, pumps, and more. The SS-5 is available with three powering options. An audible alarm is 100db at 3 feet and has a 10-day alarm duration. The power draw is 25ma 9vdc (activated).

Our Model SS-2100 Water Alert detector is used to tie into all of Dorlen’s Series 2100 Monitors. This detector is used in applications where a Dorlen Series 2100 monitor and power supply are desired. The SS-2100 is powered by the Series 2100 monitor and has an audible alarm of 85db at 3 feet. The power draw is 20ma @ 9vdc (activated). If you’re already using our Series 2100 monitor, then the SS-2100 Water Alert detector is required.

The VR Series is specifically designed for use in public and employee restrooms (or any other areas such as laboratories and clean rooms that require frequent cleaning). There are two models designed as vandal resistant that include the “Wash Down Mode” feature:

The WM-6(T) and WM-12(T) are used to monitor areas 2400 to 6600 Sq. Ft.. The monitors are surface wall mounted for simple installation. All hardware, including a 5 ft. length of wire duct, installation/maintenance manuals and warranty are included with the monitor.
