The FlexRake^® Heavy Duty (FRHD) model is a coarse screen engineered for open channel and applications where debris size and velocity may be unpredictable. The FlexRake HDs are the industry’s workhorse.  They have proven their versatility with more than 35 years of handling the debris that makes it into a channel – from general refuse, aquatic vegetation, tree limbs, tree branches and shrubs to lumber, tires, oil drums, and automobile frames.

The advantage of FlexRake Adaptive Technology for specialized fine screen applications.  The FlexRake Fine Screen (FS) model provides a T-shaped Wedgewire screen that can filter from 0.020 to 0.125 inches. The FlexRake FS is ideal for water intakes, fish screening and industrial applications that require fine filtration.

Automated raking solution for existing trash racks and bar screens. The FlexRake Rake Only (FRO) is an automated raking mechanism designed to be mounted onto existing screens (on the deck or on the screen itself depending on the site). This retrofit option is an economical and effective way to utilize existing screens for bar openings ½ inch to 4 inches (or greater).
