Chemical And Microbiology Laboratories On-Site Analysis Services

Dynaflow has chemical and microbiology laboratories on-site. Analytical chemistry capabilities include trace organic analysis of water and air using gas chromatography (GC/FID and GC/PID) and mass spectroscopy (GC/MS with EI/CI/NCI). Several water quality analyses are also available including, pH, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Total Phosphorus, Nitrate and Nitrite, Iron, Total Solids (TS), Total Suspended Solids (TSS), and Volatile Suspended Solids (VSS).

Environmental Chemistry & Engineering Services

Dynaflow can develop gas chromatography (GC) and mass spectral (GC/MS) analytical methods including extraction methods, matrix effects, GC methods, MS detection methods, and Method Detection Limit studies.

DYNAFLOW, INC. INTRODUCES ITS EXPANDED SPECIALIZED MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES TO INCLUDE THE TESTING OF COATINGS AND COMPOSITE MATERIALS

DYNAFLOW, INC. has expanded its range of specialized materials testing services to include testing of composite materials and coatings. DYNAFLOW has been conducting new testing methods specific to elastomers, composite materials, and thin coatings. To augment its capabilities to test the resistance of materials to cavitation and liquid impact, a new test rig allows for testing of resistance to micro solid particle impact. These facilities are used to determine the properties of materials undergoing rapid loading and help in the selection of the most resistant material, or the coating designer to improve his/her coating. DYNAFLOW, INC. conducts standard (ASTM G32, G73, G76, G134) tests as well as customized erosion tests for liquid droplet and solid particle impact, and cavitation using ultrasonic excitation, hydrodynamic cavitation, and high-pressure water jets. DYNAFLOW also conducts split Hopkinson pressure bar tests to measure materials properties at high rates of strain.
