Ellis Fall Safety Solutions (EFSS) training

This course is intended for those whose job responsibilities require them to work at elevation on a consistent basis. This is an interactive session with overhead/computer presentation, hands on application, equipment demonstration, and written knowledge test to facilitate the course objectives.

Ellis Fall Safety Solutions Qualified Person training is a 1-1/2 day course consistent with ANSI/ASSE Z359 Fall Arrest Code and OSHA Fall protection Standards 29CFR1926.500. It will prepare individuals to be designated Qualified Person in fall protection by your Corporation. This is an interactive, multi-media, hands-on course to get participants actively involved in designing solutions for preventing falls and reducing fall risks in their workplace. Through use of lecture, discussions, demonstrations, case studies and design application activities, participants will learn to understand and apply principles, code, and standards to real-life situations.

A confined space is an extremely dangerous place. Without proper training workers face injury and death. The hazards of confined space can be dealt with by providing workers with effective policies, procedures, and training. We conducts on-site training in all aspects of confined space operations. Our custom training programs focus on the issues that directly affect your industry and your operations. We provide confined space safety training for entrants, attendants, and entry supervisors and also provide a full range of rescue training.

This course is intended for those whose job responsibilities require them to actively climb or supervise climbers, as part of their job responsibilities. Fall protection procedures, rules, training, and development of site-specific applications are covered. This is an interactive session conducted at your classroom facility the first day and at your nearby field tower facilities the second day.
