nergya Cables HV/EHV Plant is state of the art in design and construction which constitutes of a large hangar construction for normal operations & of 400m2 tower based for special HV/EHV cables processing operation. The tower contains the latest CV lines technology. These lines (CV: Continuous Vulcanizing) are the best machinery for insulating the HV/EHV cables applying the triple layer (Inner semiconductor + XLPE insulation + outer semiconductor) via extrusion operation in one shot with sealed curing of the material & cooling afterwards thus eliminating possible contamination sources & defects in doing the same operation in a series of operations.

Energya Cables SA, CCV Line is used for Triple Extrusion. This Process uses Nitrogen (Dry) Curing method that prevents saturating the insulation with water, thus eliminates the possibility of voids generation there, also enrich excellent Electrical Properties, certain mechanical and chemical properties are also enhanced (i.e.Oil Resistance at Elevated Temperatures).
