For over 25 years, ECG has been investigating and testing facilities for the presence of mold. We have developed hundreds of mold removal project design documents, and have also monitored mold remediation work. Recently, ECG has been conducting mold awareness training sessions to educate building engineers, contractors, and building managers about moisture intrusion and the hazards of mold exposure.

Phase I Environmental Site Assessments Process Services

Records Review and Research:Review of aerial photographs, Sanborn Fire Insurance maps, zoning maps, land use maps, city directories, atlases, and correspondence from appropriate local, state and federal agencies. Site Visits: Visual inspection of the land and improvements for potential indicators or contamination. Interviews: Interviews with owners, key site managers, occupants, and local government officials. A review of industrial processes, wastes, and by-products. Report Preparation: Consolidation of findings into a thorough Phase I ESA report.

Phase II Environmental Site Assessments Process Service

A Phase II ESA usually follows directly after a Phase I ESA in order to address the Recognized Environmental Conditions identified in a Phase I ESA. The scope of work is unique for each property, depending on the needs of the client, the site layout, and the Recognized Environmental Conditions under investigation.
