Keep your workplace a great place to work with Our Respectful Workplace Training which gives participants a variety of strategies for responding to harassment, discrimination and retaliation in the workplace, all of which are not only illegal but can be symptoms of a larger problem. This classroom training starts with a discussion of the minimum requirements of harassment prevention and EEOC law, along with your organization’s policies preventing harassment and discrimination on the basis of all the protected characteristics. We address unconscious bias and microaggressions in the workplace, along with bystander training.

Unfortunately, they may have been through an online training that was not effective, or if trained in a classroom setting, they may be reluctant to ask questions directly related to their situation. Taught on-site by one of our highly skilled attorney-trainers, our one-on-one sensitivity training includes discussions with your management and Human Resources regarding specific allegations, results of an investigation, so we can tailor this sensitivity training to meet your desired learning objectives.
