The ProSIAmpler is the world’s newest and most advanced Automated On-line Sampling System that offers substantial time savings for liquid-based processes. Eliminate offline pre-treatment with a fully integrated online sampling and pre-treatment system. The ProSIAmpler system pulls samples from the bioreactor, then undertakes the required pre-treatment on-line before sending the treated sample to the LC-MS Instrument.

FIAlab’s ProSIA Automated Liquid Handler (ALH) connects automated titer directly with sample pretreatment. The ProSIALH is a sampling and pretreatment solution that automates bioreactor peptide or glycan monitoring for the biopharmaceutical community. This technology helps reduce overheads, saves time, and cuts plastic usage. The ProSIALH does automated titer calculation and automatically adjusts the amount of sample pushed onto the purification column to match what the assay requires. The ProSIALH plugs directly into the LC-MS in a fully automated fashion.
