The ultra-compact PIPELINE DELUMPER® is an in-line lump breaker designed for improving flow properties in fully enclosed pipe systems. It effectively chops, shreds, and suspends solids, preventing blockages and enhancing the free flow of sludges, slurries, and solids-laden streams. The unit is engineered for integration with liquid, pneumatic, or gravity systems, offering a robust solution for reducing solute particles to a uniform output size, aiding in efficient mixing, drying, and dissolving processes. The design includes a self-clearing and self-feeding mechanism, minimizing downtime and enhancing operational control. Key features include standard 150# ASA flanges, optional 600# flanges, a replaceable liner system, and material construction options like carbon steel or 316L stainless steel.
