The SPIRALIFT SL features Taskmaster grinding technology in combination with a shaftless screw screen. This system fine screens, washes and conveys solids out of a channel. The discharge is a homogenous, ground filtrate which is washed, compacted and conditioned - ideal for landfill disposal. By combining two technologies into one system, the SPIRALIFT forms a uniquely effective system. First, the powerful Taskmaster grinder reduces the solids to small particles, loosens biological material and increases surface area. As the solids are discharged from the grinder, the reduced particles are subjected to primary washing by the turbulent channel flow.

Taskmaster Inline Grinders employ a powerful twin shaft mechanism to reduce solids in sludge, slurry and sewage pipelines. These versatile, processors reduce such materials as rags, plastics, wood, debris, tampons, sanitary napkins and more. They are invaluable in plant operations worldwide keeping pipelines flowing, reducing pump downtime and protecting dewatering equipment such as centrifuges, filter presses and more.

The Franklin Miller PCM is an ultra-compact pipe mounted device that intensively and instantly mixes, homogenizes, emulsifies and blends additives and base liquids, or uncoalesced substances directly in fully enclosed pipe systems. Process problems can be quickly remedied with the PCM. This straight thru unit mounts easily on existing piping like an ordinary valve, eliminating the need for major plant modifications or special mixing vessels.The PCM is easy to retrofit into tight existing plant locations and quickly goes to work solving process problems.

The PIPELINE Delumper is a powerful in-line processor that crushes, disperses and suspends tough solids in fully enclosed pipe systems. This unit eliminates blockages, works the stream to free flow and prevents damage to pumps and other equipment. It is suitable for wet, dry, pressure or gravity systems.

The Super Shredder in-line disintegrator reduces tough wastewater solids to fine bits with a unique, high flow, spherical rotor design. The unit is specifically designed for high capacity and minimal headloss. In fact, because of its high percentage of open area, the Super Shredder remains practically invisible to flow. The Super Shredder is simple to install like an ordinary valve in straight-through pipe systems. It quickly goes to work protecting pumps and enhancing the operation of process equipment. This unique unit has provided remarkably dependable service in installations worldwide. The Super Shredder cutters are constructed of stainless steel. A special hardfacing alloy is fused to all cutting surfaces at 2000 degrees F providing up to 20 times the abrasion resistance of hardened steel. The Super Shredder is provided with an S250 automatic reversing control system. This controller senses jam conditions and automatically reverses unit rotation to clear a blockage!
