The Delumper S4 series crushers are specially designed and built to meet the highest quality and sanitary standards. The Delumper S4 features an ultra-sanitary, cantilevered design, clean-in-place capability, quick change-over of cutting elements, and a meticulously polished finish. A convenient access door provides fast and easy access to the interior of the cutting chamber for cleaning. The Delumper S4 has a precision aligned, smooth rotating drum with integral teeth that rotate through a set of sizing combs. This mechanism produces a once thru, non-destructive crushing action that reduces oversized particles to their basic grain size without over-grind or over-work of material. The result is improved product consistency for enhanced processing, feeding and packaging.

The Delumper Bagstation is a pre-engineered bag dump system designed for efficient unloading, de-agglomerating and freshening of lumpy bagged solids while efficiently introducing them into a production process. These units are designed to facilitate convenient manual opening of small to medium sized bags without creating a dusty environment. But what"s more, this system incorporates a built-in Delumper® processor to reduce agglomerates and lumps and facilitate uniform product flow while the bags are being emptied. The units are provided in several optional configurations to fit specific application requirements. The included Delumper Model 1077L features a heavy body construction with 12" x 12" throat opening, a 5HP 230/460 v. 3phase motor and drive, smooth interior finish, individually replaceable teeth, shaft seals and more.

The Vulcanator KM30 features a unique low friction cutter design which quickly reduces whole bales of rubber into small bits while minimizing heat rise without the need for a cooling system. This unit is able to handle larger and heavier bales up to six times faster than previous units. The split clam shell design allows for easy maintenance of cutters and screens. This unit is the optimal solution for rubber and heavy plastic applications. The 150 horsepower unit"s unique design features rugged rotary knives that pull the material into the cutting area. These knives disintegrate the slabs to a size fine enough to pass through a special sizing screen before the reduced particles are expelled from the bottom of the unit. The Vulcanator features a unique mechanism that cuts and recirculates material until it passes through the unit"s perforated screen.

Supreme Roll Mills employ dual counter-rotating smooth, serrated or grooved rolls that pinch and crack solids to a controlled output size. The roll gap is variable to tightly control the output particle size of the feedstock. These units can efficiently reduce such materials as salt, polymers, chemicals, grain, coffee and even glass. Units are available in a variety of models and sizes starting with dual 10" long x 10" diameter rolls and larger. They are provided in carbon or stainless steel construction. Options include: automatic electrical control system, automated roll gap actuator, tandem arrangement, special enclosures and more.

The Delumper DC1218 employs an effective twin-shaft crushing mechanism in a compact housing to crush, chop and destroy a wide range of wet, dry or moist materials. This unit can reduce lumps, chunks, coal, cement, limestone and more to their basic grain size. It freshens and enhances product while eliminating flow blockages and impediments. Solids up to the unit"s full inlet size drop straight into the unit inlet and are aggressively chopped by the interaction of the two rotors and the unit"s stationary bar grating. The material then drops out the discharge of this straight through unit. The DC1200 is available in carbon or stainless steel construction.

The Delumper TWIN-LP processes massive quantities of lumps or agglomerates with a powerful crushing action. This mighty processor reduces dry, sticky, caked or wet solids to a desired output size without over-working, churning, or heating the material. This oversized unit can be used at low speed, to produce an ultra-gentle crushing action. The units feature individually replaceable, bidirectional cutter teeth carefully stacked, balanced and arranged for optimal feeding on two shafts. The teeth rotate through a heavy bar grating creating a low friction, self-clearing crushing action. These units are available with a variety of optional configurations including direct or belt drive, mechanical seal or packing seals and hardfacing.

Delumper LP Crushers reduce hard or soft, heat sensitive, sticky or wet agglomerates or lumps. These straight-thru units employ extended cutting teeth that rotate through a heavy bar cage with a complete self-clearing action. The result is an efficient, exceptionally low friction cutting action that is excellent for large quantities of sludge cake, agglomerated chemicals, fats, waxes, plastics, waste and more. These units are available in various model sizes with single, dual or triple shaft configurations for capacities up to 27,000 lbs./hr.

The Delumper HM can reduce tough solids and lumps in hostile environments. These straight-thru units handle difficult, hard to process materials with their heavy construction and highly durable design. The HM models feature a simple but durable mechanism consisting of heavy-duty hardened rotating cutting teeth on a single rotor and a heavy bar screen. The Delumper HM is excellent for ash, sludge cake, coke, coal, chemicals, waste, abrasive and hard or caustic materials. A variety of models, alloys and sizes are available.
