Without filtration clean oil would be contaminated fastly by soot, fuel or water. This also cannot be avoided effectively by full flow filter for example, which only filters out particles in the 40-20 micron size. The majority of by-pass filter can do this, however, already at a size of 20-5 microns. To avert wear effectively, all particles bigger than 1 micron size should be filtered. For those technically demanding tasks the Puradyn Bypass Oil Filter has been designed and is 100% capable to filter these micro-particles , since it is an oil-refinement-system, a particle-filter.

RPS is a high-tech product which is produced in our formula. It is an automatic and permanent sealing of tire damage in the entire commercial vehicle range. This liquid can be poured in by the users themselves in all tires which are used for vehicles up to a speed of 80 km/h.

For pumping oil and grease through tubes, tubing systems, plastic tubes and hose lines, cutting ring fittings are required for properly connecting and combining the different tubes and hoses with one another. The systems obtained in this way are characterised by high degrees of tightness and compression strength.

Our screw sleeves or screw sockets are compatible with tube studs and high-pressure hoses by all renowned manufacturers of central lubrication units and central lubrication systems.

Push-in fittings as well as our straight plug-in male fittings and/or plug-in connectors are suited for use on plastic tubes PA 6 and PA 12 as well as steel pipes or pipe sockets. The high-pressure plug-in connectors and/or high-pressure plug-in fittings are suited for hose lines made of plastic tubes PA 6 and PA 12 or our high-pressure hose lines 840 bars with pipe socket and claw slot. Our push-in male fittings can withstand an operating and/or working pressure of up to 80 bars and can be detached without any tool and reused. The major advantages of this technology are considerable time savings upon assembly and the push-in fittings can be used several times with an optimal result.
