G&D - Mobile Glycol Chiller
G&D's GD – 1.5H Nano Chill is a versatile mobile glycol chiller, initially designed for nano breweries and boutique wineries requiring precise temperature control. Its robust construction employs a powder-coated steel frame and stainless steel paneling for durability. The chiller is powered by a 1.5 HP scroll compressor and features an oversized 12-gallon reservoir. Enhanced mobility is achieved with heavy-duty locking casters. Key features include a complete refrigeration circuit, high-efficiency heat exchanger, and a glycol pump. It is built with an insulated stainless steel glycol reservoir, all copper piping, and a comprehensive control panel with safety mechanisms like pressure controls, freeze stat, and high-temperature alarms. The chiller also supports remote monitoring for a year, and its design ensures efficient maintenance with louvered access panels. It is designed for single-stage, digital temperature control and tested for reliability, making it suitable for diverse process cooling applications.

Ideal for high volume operations, each Vertical Air Chiller contains multiple semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors with capacity unloading. The GD-30H-2C is built with two 15 HP compressors partnered with oversized air-cooled condensers to maximize efficiency and cooling capacity. Vertical Air Chillers are complete package and turnkey units, with oversized stainless steel reservoirs, process and chiller pumps, compressors, and condensers. Built with a powder-coated steel frame and aluminum housing, they host an insulated stainless steel glycol reservoir for optimal performance.
