GEONICA - Dataloggers for Data Acquisition Stations (DAS)

They are specially designed for outdoor installation in remote unattended areas, and provide the possibility of creating systems or networks of stations made up of an undetermined number of field stations and one or more Central Stations for receiving, displaying, storing and processing all the information received.

Geonica Safe Road - Road Weather Information System
GEONICA’s SAFE ROAD system is a Road Weather Information System (RWIS) designed specifically to improve safety and reduce congestion in road transportation. The SAFE ROAD system integrates weather information for roads providing also information on pavement conditions (dry, wet ground, presence of ice, snow, etc.) and about of all the environmental data of interest, such as visibility, precipitation, winds, etc., in a mixed or combined solution to provide information on traffic/weather conditions on roads and highways.

GEONICA presents the SEMS-2000/3000 System, a comprehensive, turnkey solution, with high connectivity with SCADA units, for measuring solar Irradiance, the meteorology and other parameters of interest. The METEODATA datalogger included with the system supports the connection of all the sensors necessary to carry out the following measurements in the plant:

Geonica - Wind Monitor
The Wind Monitor is a high performance, rugged wind sensor used in wind energy resource assessment projects. Its simplicity and corrosion-resistant construction make it ideal for a wide range of wind energy resource assessment projects. The wind speed sensor is a four blade helicoid propeller. Propeller rotation produces an AC sine wave voltage signal with frequency directly proportional to wind speed. Slip rings and brushes are eliminated for increased reliability.
Geonica - Wind Sentry Anemometer
The Model 03002 Wind Sentry Anemometer and Vane set includes crossarm with junction box and mounting for standard 1 inch pipe. Model 03002V Wind Sentry with Voltage Outputs provides calibrated voltage output signals for wind speed and wind direction. The voltage outputs are convenient for use with many data loggers and recorders. Model 03002L Wind Sentry with 4-20 mA Outputs provides separate 4-20 mA signals for wind speed and wind direction. The 03002L is useful where cables must pass though high noise areas, span distances up to several kilometers, or for certain industrial applications. For wind speed only, Model 03102 Wind Sentry Anemometer is available separately. The Wind Sentry Anemometer is also available with voltage and 4-20 mA current output options.

The Model 81000 Ultrasonic Anemometer is a 3-axis, no-moving-parts wind sensor. It is perfectly suited for applications requiring fast response, high resolution and three-dimensional wind measurement.
