Pressure Reducing Valve

Diaphragm PTFE/EPDM. Integrated stainless steel mounting inserts. 0.5-9.0 bar (7-130 psi). Attention: Manometer with brass connection in direct contact with medium. Check for chemical resistance, otherwise chose the optional manometer adapter for media separation.

Signet - Transmitter Rear Enclosures

The Signet Rear Enclosure Kit allows the 9900 Transmitter to be mounted just about anywhere. The design features make it suitable for installations onto walls, pipes, struts or inside panels. There are two kits available, Rear Enclosure with Hinged cover or with Flat cover. Kits can be installed on any generation of the 3-9900-1P Panel Mount Transmitter. They can also be sed with the 3-9900-1BC Batch Controller System. The hinged cover version is suitable for wall or pipe mount installations. The kit is equipped with necessary wall mounting hardware. Plastic tie wraps or metal hose clamps (customer supplied) can be used for pipe mount installations. Two slots are available up to 12.7 mm (0.5 in.) wide. The hinged cover design allows for easy access to the back of the 9900 Transmitter for wiring and module installation. The user can install the hinged door to swing down, up or side-to-side.

+GF+ - Non-EX Non-Contacting Radar

Tank level measurement – simply with the right sensor. The wide range of tanks, process liquids and conditions requires appropriate technologies to provide consistent filling level information. The radar level transmitter type 2290 combines all advantages of a radar level transmitter in one non-contacting, compact and economical unit. Type 2290 is available in a variety of different materials to resist even the most corrosive environments.

+GF+ - Contacting Radar (TDR)

With its ability to read accurately when other non-contacting or invasive methods fail, the guided level transmitter type 2291 using GWR (guided wave radar) is the solution to your level needs. The radar signal is sent down the probe assembly eliminating the interferences caused by low dielectric liquids, heavy fuming, slightly conductive foams, internal tank obstructions, etc. By focusing its energy along the probe, the type 2291 can be installed in tanks with limited space. The type 2291 is also less sensitive to turbulence that would normally upset the readings in ultrasonic and unguided radar technologies.

+GF+ Signet - Conductivity/Resistivity Electrode

Signet Conductivity/Resistivity electrodes are designed to provide versatile installation and accurate sensing across a very broad dynamic range. These electrodes are built with a controlled surface finish to ensure accuracy and repeatability. The standard electrode is constructed 316 SS or Titanium, but there are other materials available for maximum chemical compatibility. Reversible threads or sanitary flanges allow for maximum installation versatility. Sanitary flange versions are availabe with an optional NIST Traceability Certificate to meeet USP requirements. Coupled with Signet patented measuring circuitry, a three decade measurement range is achieved without the need for troublesome electrode platinisation. A platinum RTD (PT1000) located within the electrode allows optimal temperature sensing.

+GF+ Signet - Conductivity/Resistivity Electrode

Conductivity/Resistivity: Wetted Materials: 316 SST or Titanium. Process Connection Choices: 3/4 inch threads for In-line or Submersion, 1.5 inch Sanitary Tri-clamp flange and 2 inch Sanitary Tri-clamp flange. Cell constants and corresponding measuring ranges: 0.01 cm-1 / 0.55 to 100 μS (18.3 mΩ to 10 KΩ) 0.1 cm-1 / 1 to 1000 μS (1 mΩ to 1 KΩ). 1.0 cm-1 / 10 to 10,000 μS (5 to 5,000 ppm). 10.0 cm-1 / 100 to 200,000 μS (50 to 100,000 ppm). 20.0 cm-1 / 200 to 400,000 μS (100 to 200,000 ppm) . Compatible Instruments: Signet Instrument Types: 8850, 8860 8900, 9900 or the 9950 with the 2850 Sensor Electronics. Additional Features: (2823) Thread is reversible for submersion mounting.

+GF+ Signet - Conductivity Electrodes

Conductivity/Resistivity: ± 2% accuracy - Custom calibration certificate provided. Dual-threaded. Compact electrode length for easy in-line installation in small pipe sizes. Triple orifice flow-through design reduces clogging and bubble entrapment. 316 SS electrodes with injection molded PVDF process connections and insulators. Meets USP requirements.

GF Signet - Level Sensors, Continuous Measuring, Blind Version, 4-20 mA / HART Output

The type 2270 is a rugged, high performance ultrasonic level measurement sensor, having transducer and processing electronics incorporated in one single housing. It provides all the sophisticated echo detection features of the well accepted 2260 Ultrasonic Level Transmitters.

+GF+ Signet - Batch Controller

The +GF+ SIGNET 5600 Batch Controller is an extremely refined instrument that combines complex control capability with operational simplicity. Select either Simple or Advanced mode to limitfeature options to suit your specificbatch requirements, and make changesto batch volume quickly and easily. Tworelays and one analog output providethe means to increase batch precisionwhile dramatically reducing the possibil-ity of water hammer in a system. Batch progress is displayed on the analogdial, while the backlit LCD is used forcalibration, set-up, and to show total-ized flow volumes. The controllersrequire 12 to 24 Volts, AC or DC, andcan be used with any +GF+ SIGNET Flow Sensor with a frequency output. The intuitive software design and four-button keypad arrangement is userfriendly, and the NEMA 4X/IP65 integ-rity of the front panel can be extendedto the entire enclosure by using theoptional Rear Cover Kit.

+GF+ Signet - pH/ORP Monitor

The Signet 5700 pH/ORP Monitor is a versatile and intelligent instrument that recognizes the type of sensor connected, either pH or ORP, then automatically sets itself for the corresponding display and functionality. Also, during EasyCal operation, the monitor automatically recognizes standard buffers/test solutions, thereby shortening and simplifying routine calibration procedures. Two programmable relays and one scale-able 4 to 20 mA output are included, and the four-button keypad arrangement with intuitive software design is very user-friendly. The monitors require 12 to 24 Volts, AC or DC, and can be used with many Signet pH/ORP electrodes and preamplifiers, or with electrodes from other manufacturers by using the 2721 Preamplifier Several useful accessories are available, including the optional splashproof rear cover kit.
