Zetian - Portable Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (GCMS)
The portable gas chromatography mass spectrometer (GC-MS) is an analyzer based on low heat capacity chromatography combined with miniaturized quadrupole mass spectrometry. The analyzer adopts an inert election bombardment ion source, a miniaturized quadrupole mass analyzer, which has a fast warming thermal desorption, and low heat capacity gas chromatography. It can be stalled in a mobile monitoring vehicle or carried on the shoulder to the site for testing. The DC-200 Dynamic Diluter uses high-precision mass flow controllers (MFC) to accurately controls the flows of dilution gas and standard gas so as to get standard gas of required concentrations. The standard gas path is made of passivated stainless steel tubes and is heated throughout to reduce the impact of sample residues on dilution accuracy. Zetian - Explosion-Proof FID Detector
The Explosion-Proof FID Detector consists of an explosion-proof cavity, mounting base of flame arrester element, signal transmission line, control wire of temperature transmission and ignition heating wires, etc. When the organic gas is fed into the FID detector, the chemical bonds of the organic gas are opened under the action of high temperature ionization, releasing free ions and electrons. The released electrons move toward the electrode at one end of the high-voltage electric field, and thus are collected by the electrode to produce a measurement current. The magnitude of this measured current is related to the mass of organic gas entering the detector per unit time, and the total amount of signal collected during the injection time reflects the content of the organic gas.
Zetian - Model GCTD-500 - Enrichment Desorber
The Enrichment Desorber is a pretreatment device for gas chromatography analyzers. It is a fully automated, direct-feed, single-channel cold trap enrichment and thermal desorber that uses a combination of six-way valves and solenoid valves in the gas line design, and Tenax or activated charcoal adsorbent tubes as the enrichment and thermal desorption tubes to enrich trace volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the ambient air, thus lowering detection limits of chromatography analyzers.
