Zetian - Model GA-5000 DN - Ammonia Escape Online Monitoring System
GA-5000DN Ammonia Escape Online Monitoring System (NH3) is based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS). It is composed by pretreatment system, gas analysis module and data processing & display. Measured gas passes high-temperature sampling probe for dust removal, tracing pipe for high-temperature transmission, and then enters high-temperature gas analysis module (TDLAS) for analysis and measurement. It effectively solves problems that crystallization of ammonium salt under low temperature blocks flow path; under low temperature, condensate water dissolves NH3 and causes low measurement accuracy; and high dust attenuates optical path in in-situ system and cannot be used for measurement.

Waste incineration plant shall automatically and continuously monitor the content of main components in the incineration flue gas, including CO, HF, HCl, SO2, NOX, flue gas, etc. Among them, HCl and HF are the difficulties of detection. Under this working condition, our company has launched the HCl/HF analysis system for waste incineration. Based on the principle of TDLAS, this system adopts Multi-channel Reflection Technology to increase the measuring optical path, and simultaneously measures HCl and HF by in-situ high temperature heat wet extraction method.
