Safety Training
Are your employees thinking about safety or compliance every day when they’re on your construction site? When you’ve trained them, did they really buy into “this isn’t just a checklist” mentality? Did they buy into their own safety? Are your employees up to date on their required training or credentials?
Environmental Training
Environmental training is critical to being compliant to regulations and laws in the construction and utility service industry. Having this understanding will keep your profits from going towards court costs and paying violation fees. Being in environmental compliance means your procedures are conforming to environmental laws, regulations, standards and other requirements such as site permits to operate. Over the years, these regulations and guidelines have increased significantly. Do you know the impact of those changes on your project and your bottom line? Ask HB NEXT, they know how to keep your project on track and profitable.
Management Training
Are you looking to take your managers and leaders to the next level? Are they prepared to handle a crisis on your jobsite? How is your daily management working? HB NEXT is a NCCER Accredited Training Sponsor (ATS), we offer several levels of management training to accommodate different clients’ needs.
