Therm-Liner Systems
UHRIG - Model Type A - Therm-Liner Systems
Type A is installed in classic gravity pipelines. The modular heat exchanger system can be installed in both new or old pipes and dismantled at the end of its service life.
UHRIG - Model Type C - Therm-Liner Systems
UHRIG heat exchangers are also used in pressurised pipes, as type C. Pressure pipes cannot be walked on, so civil engineering work is required for installation. In most cases, a section of the pressure pipe is replaced by a new pipe section with an integrated heat exchanger.
UHRIG - Model Stack - Therm-Liner Systems
The Therm-Liner Stack is an advanced solution utilized primarily in treatment plants, acting as a bypass to conventional wastewater pipelines, and in various water projects involving rivers and lakes. This versatile system is particularly applicable in scenarios where the Therm-Liners Type A or B are not suitable. Unique for its modularity, the Stack system can be smoothly dismantled and removed at the end of its operational lifecycle. In addition, UHRIG Energy specializes in ready-to-use heat exchanger systems that connect to pipeline edges, facilitating the harvesting of thermal energy from wastewater. This thermal energy is transferred to a heat pump interface, which UHRIG can also plan and build for an all-inclusive solution. The wastewater heating projects undertaken are custom solutions, meticulously adapted to different pipeline sizes, shapes, and materials, making UHRIG's expertise applicable globally. The company's ability to standardize production while catering to specific requirements demonstrates its robust technical proficiency.
Civil Engineering
Lowered Structures
Normally, in civil engineering, first structures are excavated or built, then the structure is covered with concrete in the excavation pit. Among our specialties at UHRIG is the so-called lowered structure. In this procedure, a structure is first filled in with concrete above ground, and only then lowered into its position below ground. In the lowering of a structure, we always save time and space, which means money and resources. The building surface is thus clearly smaller and the excavation as well as securing of the excavation pit is omitted.
Dynamic Drive
Pipe jacking is a standard procedure in sewer construction. Overall in those places where the ground for a pipe laying cannot be raised or in which the expense would be too great, for example in the case of the crossing of railway lines or in particular great depths, pipes must be laid underground as an excavation pit or pressed horizontally into the ground.
Quick-Lock
Quick-Lock - Repair Procedure System for Closed Sewer Renovation
The Quick-Lock system has been successfully used for many years as a repair procedure for closed sewer renovation. The basis of our development and production are quality and sustainability. Positive long-term experiences from customers and Quick-Lock users worldwide also guarantees you pipe renovation on the highest level with Quick-Lock.
Quick-Lock - Model LEM - System for Connecting Hose Liners
The new Quick-Lock liner end cuff is a system for connection hose lines to pipes and to structures. The ring room between the liner and the old pip is sealed in long-lasting fashion, and the liner end is protected against the mechanical influences of high-pressure flushing.
Quick-Lock - Model BIG - Separable Cuff Systems
The Quick-Lock-BIG system was developed as a separable cuff for renovation in accessible pipe systems
Quick-Lock - Wells System
The Quick-Lock system has also established itself in the renovation of drinking water and service water wells over the course of many years. Whether a vertical or horizontal installation, it is no matter for the Quick-Lock cuff.
Quick-Lock Flex - Cuff System
The next Quick-Lock flex cuff can be used in the position deviations of pipe connections.
