With the Herding FLEX series, all proven advantagesof pure surface filtration with the Herding® Sinter- Plate Filters are implemented in a compact and space-saving manner. The filter unit series is extremely flexible for volume flows of approx. 500 m3/h up to several 100,000 m3/h. The filter units of the FLEX series are equipped with vertically installed Sinter-Plate Filters. Depending on the requirements, Herding® DELTA, DELTA2 or HSL filter elements are being used. Unit safety and performance according to the current ATEXguidelines are coordinated with the unit operator, if required.

Herding COMP filter units allow users to make an application-oriented choice regarding compact filter units for applications with limited space. This concept consequently implements the idea of compact and flexible filter units. Herding COMP filter units can be used for applications up to approx. 6,000 m3/h. The unique user-friendly design approach results in easy access for operation and maintenance from the front as well as the low profile of the unit.

The Herding MAXX series offers all the provenbenefits of pure surface filtration with Herding® Sinter-Plate Filters for use in large volume flows. The large filter systems’ upper section can be designed either as a walk-in clean gas compartment or as a simple housing cover with access to the clean gas compartment. The connection to the clean gas duct is possible via a single interface.

Herding RESIST – Reliable and safe filtration through cylindrical design. For processes with very high demands on pressure resistance and easy cleanability. Herding RESIST characterizes the round design with the Herding filter unit portfolio. With the Sinter-Plate Filter as its core, the proven properties of pure surface filtration optimally combine with the required features and advantages of a round geometry.

The Herding PROCESS series combined with the Sinter-Plate Filter is the first choice if highest demands on filtration performance meet maximum requirements on the housing design. Herding PROCESS are high-quality welded constructions. They typically consist of the clean gas housing, the raw gas housing and the discharge system which are connected by defined flanges.
