Almost 50 years ago, Walter Herding founded an innovative company with the aim of rethinking filter technology. Together with Gerhard Stich they developed an organization that today generates more than 50 million euros in sales with filter technology. We are on site worldwide – partly with our own local production.?Our 400 employees at the headquarters in Amberg manufacture more than 75,000 filters annually in our own production facilities. Since the beginning it is the Sinter-Plate Filter with its unique surface filtration that has been the center of our activities. The consequent depth of our production in Germany ensures an excellent level of quality for our customers worldwide as well as a continuous development. Internationally our foreign Herding companies and cooperation partners form a global network at its best to provide local support to our customers around the globe for sales and engineering as well as comprehensive after-sales service.
