Marinas and Boat Docks have a serious need to keep algae under control. Algae can have terrible, costly impacts for boat owners. In some cases, a boat may be tagged due to an algae outbreak and may be prohibited from entering other water bodies. Furthermore, algae can also stain the hull, decrease performance, or even clog an outboard motor.
