Flat spray nozzles, also known as flat fan spray nozzles, are a sub-category of hydraulic nozzles. We designed our hydraulic nozzles to spray water or other liquids. Thanks to their high range of possibilities, they can be applicable for various industries. However, the most common applications are:

With a full cone spray pattern, the droplets are sprayed in a cone-shaped manner, having its origin point at the nozzle orifice. This spray pattern is often recommended in multiple industrial applications, as it allows an even distribution of a liquid onto a surface. This spray pattern is useful when it comes to spraying a cooling liquid on a still surface. Since full cone nozzles are very useful, a wide range of specific nozzles for various applications have been designed. Some of the full cone nozzles are designed to be clog-resistant.

Hollow cone spray pattern nozzles are hydraulic nozzles. We designed our hydraulic nozzles to spray water or other liquids. The other hydraulic nozzles are: flat spray pattern, full cone pattern, solid stream pattern. These categories represent different spray patterns and each of them will be suitable to your needs, depending on the application and the results you are looking to achieve.

Ultra-low pressure semi-fine fog full cone spray: Full cone spray pneumatic nozzle producing fine atomization with a mean droplet diameter of 40 μm or more (*4). Produces semi-fine atomization having no large droplets. When the mean droplet diameter is 80 μm, the maximum droplet diameter is 180 μm (*4) under air-water ratio of 250. Energy-saving for blower-use. Low running cost. Spray angle of 20°.

Compressed air pneumatic nozzles are two-fluids nozzles. They use a high-velocity flow of compressed air that gives them different features compared to hydraulic nozzles. They are not to be confused with the compressed air driven nozzles, which are part of the air nozzles category. Most of the time, the air is used to break down the water in tiny particles, even smaller than what hydraulic nozzles produce. They can spray very small droplets down to 7 μm (micron), and they fit in an application where:

Long thin slit (air curtain). Pressure loss is minimal to enable high spray impact performance. Long thin slit with tapered nose is suitable for installation in a narrow space such as between support rolls. Drastic energy saving is achieved by switching from compressor-using type.
