As waste is created in a department the user records the waste within IMEC Waste Management, each waste movement is recorded between areas, departments. Our software provides Waste Inventory reports which manage waste with areas, departments. Email Alerts of Waste Summary or Detail reports can be sent to managers.

IMEC Waste Management will provide you with the ability to produce waste manifests. When shipping waste the user can create a shipment and then record the storage units to be shipped, using either the IMEC Waste Management App or the Web Portal. The user can view the contents of a shipment at any point prior to shipment. IMEC Waste Management also allows a user to upload shipping documents that have been created or issued by a third party and links these to a shipment.

Web based Dashboards give managers information on Deficiencies by Code Reference that are happening across all Buildings, Facilities.

Use the Web or Mobile App to Create General or Equipment Specific Lockout Tagout procedures. Specify the Application Method, attach Photographs for each Isolation Point or Step to be used as a Visual Reference.

IMEC`s EHS Incident Reporting Software allows employees and contractors to report Incidents, Hazards, Near Misses and Good Catches. EHS incidents can be reported using the Incident Reporting Mobile App or using a Web Portal which is available on any browser. The process of reporting an event is very easy, with no training required. The information captured during the reporting of an incident is completely customizable. Forms can be created which collect the correct information for each incident type. Using the Incident Reporting App the user can capture and mark images as part of the report and attach comments to further explain or describe the event. The user can also capture GPS of the event. Anonymous Reporting of Incidents is possible or the user can be forced to give their contact details, this is completely up to the customer.

Corrective and Preventive Actions(CAPA`s) can be created and assigned automatically as a result of a Step failure on a Checklist, or can be created as a result of recording an Incident. CAPA`s are assigned an Expected Resolution Date with an escalation path. Rules can be implemented that will automatically assign a CAPA`s based on a range of criteria, including location, owner, category of incident etc. CAPA`s can be managed from the users To-Do List on the Mobile Apps.

Proactive Email Alerts can be defined which will send email alert reports to users based on a set of criteria. For example, safety managers can receive alerts notifying them of overdue safety inspections in their area that are overdue by 7 days or failed safety inspections in their area, while the Safety Director could receive an alert of any safety inspections overdue by 14 days. Email Alerts can be set to be across sites or locations giving exception reports to the responsible managers.
