The Automatic Polishing Machine APM421 is a state of the art technology for polishing and buffing of a wide variety of metal product. The frame consist of an electro welded structure, composed of a platform and two tables each of which supporting 2 trays with one or more jigs on each tray. The machine is equipped with an enclosure and a dust-collection system. The platform has 4 independent adjustable support and floor anchoring flange.

Our plants are produced with the SBR technology and are intended for the treatment of industrial and municipal wastewater. The plant is modular: plants is suitable for urban center, from villages to large cities, and production unit such as farm, milk factories, beverage industry. The plant consists of a stainless steel silo. The purifying phases that compose the biologic process are carried out sequentially in temporal succession within only one reactor. The area of land required is reduced by 90% compared to the conventional plant. Our plant is completely automated and the operative costs are optimized. The sludge production is 50% less than in the traditional plants, with a consequent reduction of disposal costs. We are able to obtain efficient reduction of COD/BOD, denitrification, biological removal of phosphates and purification of the discharged effluent within the limits of the law or more.

This machine is used for the production of small/medium size cores with the HOT BOX system. The machine has been studied and built for a blowing capacity of 2.5 litres. The machine is suplied with accident-prevention doors with safety switches and is equipped with an overhead fume-suction hood. The various production cycle phases (automatic or manual cycle) may be set by the operator by using the timer or mechanical adjustment. The machine process is controlled by a PLC control unit.

This is a machine for the forming of sand cores with the “Hot Box” method, on request it is possible to convert the machine to the “Cold Box” and “Shell” method. The machine movements are driven hydraulically, thus giving the machine an extremely high core box closing force. The machine is capable of a 5-litre shot, therefore being able to form medium/large cores or small cores in a multi-cavity core box.
