OZOFOOD - Ozone System
The Ozofood system has been designed and manufactured by Ozono Elettronica Internazionale to monitor and limit the microbial proliferation within processing environments, storage or aging/maturation of foods, thereby reducing all cleaning, sanitizing and the use of chemical cleaners.
MOBILOZONE - Mobile Ozone System
It is a mobile system designed for applications that require water with high ozone concentrations: sanitation and disinfection of surfaces, barrels, bottles and containers in general, hydraulic circuits and tanks, storage rooms and food processing equipment. This is a package unit easy to install and use, which includes ozone generator, contact and degassing system, and ozone destroyer. The customer has only to connect the hose of water to be treated/Ozonate and the power supply. Ozone is generated via a compact electronic system using the corona discharge, converts ozone into a portion of the oxygen present in the gas supply. Ozone is then mixed with water in a contact, and then sent to the user. External cabinet is constructed in painted carbon steel but can also be ordered in AISI 304.
OZOLINE & STERILINE - Ozone Package System
It is a package system which includes in the same unit: dryer, ozone generator, contact system and ozone destructor. Ozone is produced via an electronic system, corona discharge, that converts part of oxygen contained in the ozonator feed gas to ozone. The ozone is then mix with the water to be treated. The water to be treated, is sent to the mixer at a maximum pressure of 3 bar r., ozone is added under pressure. Mixture is conveyed to the washing and disinfection system. On the ozonated medium some gases including also ozone are released, they are drawn and discharged to atmosphere with a content of ozone equal to < 0.1 ppm.
